Spacious rooms, I had excellent experience.
Everyone was very very nice and accommodating. The location was super and great in a nice enough area, very close to the city center. Also, there was an arts theater, set within 5 minutes drive.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, with very clean facilities and bright lights outside the lobby, making our arrival cute after a long trip from the airport.

It was just a nice choice for a quick stop in Carmel with good value for cost. The pool area was really fun, but it got super loud with all the kids . If you're light sleeper, maybe ask for a room away from the pool area.

We just had an amazing 8-night stay with our family in a spacious room that was super comfy and had everything we needed. The heated indoor pool and nice gym were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only hiccup was the breakfast choices could have been better. just a bit sparse for a hotel claiming to serve until 10am. 🍳
